Our Programme
The programmes of work undertaken by both the GSA and IAOP will be fed into FormIGA, where best practice guidelines are reviewed and agreed by a global standards board. The first pillars supporting our program of work for 2024 include:
FormIGA SPSI - We recently launched our Service Provider Sustainability Index, SPSI. The SPSI is an industry index, based on the self-assessment of service providers’ sustainability and ESG maturity delivering benchmarks and insights to deliver a level playing field. The SPSI is the first standardised sustainability index, created specifically for service providers to the technology and business services sector.
FormIGA Directory – the most indepth primary research as to the social performance of service providers
Agile Sourcing – we will share our maturity assessment framework and best practice guide on how buyers and providers can enjoy a more collaborative and fruitful approach to the traditional RFP
Impact Sourcing - a new global impact sourcing standard is in the making
Other critical topics under review include:
- Supplier Diversity
- Industry Standard Terms - standard contracts for the whole industry to use, globally
- Artificial Intelligence - We will cover global topics from safeguarding IP, renegotiating gainshare through to the impact of conversational AI on the CX industry
Organisations can be assessed, then audited for their performance towards these guidelines and either accredited or given the opportunity to revise with advice before accreditation.
