Most companies want great diversity in their supply chains, as much as they want great DEI in their workforces. Sadly, this isn't as easy as it sounds.
We are working with the IAOP in the US and via the GSA in the UK, with the Council of Supplier Diversity and Inclusion in the UK to develop and share the best practices on how best to build, maintain and monitor the diversity - and benefits thereof - in the supply chain.
